I was invited to go fishing out of Manteo and decided to call in sick....i called it a "Mental Health Day" on Thursday.
We went about 2 hours off shore and in search of Yellow-Fin Tuna. It didn't take long till Joe snagged a little Tuna, then Nicholas got a small Dolphin Fish. I was up next .... It didn't take long to pull in my 51 pounder (citation size is 40lbs or higher). Joe caught another Wahoo but it was a bit smaller than mine... Yeah me!!!:)
We had it cleaned when we got back the the dock and had plenty of icebags full of fish steaks. We have yet to defrost and cook some up but I can't wait.
